To meet this requirement, Snap Schedule provides the ability to export reports using a variety of formats as outlined below.

| RTF | Rich Text Format | An editable word-processing format that is used primarily by Microsoft Word, but can also be opened by other major word processing applications. |

To export a report in one of the above formats:
From within the report screen itself, click on the Snap Schedule button in the top left corner and select the 'Export Report' menu item.

This will open up a file save dialog that will allow you to choose where you would like the report saved, and in which format you would like the report to be (shown below). After you have specified the name and location of the file, and your desired output format, click the 'Save' button.

Before the file is saved, depending on the format you selected, Snap Schedule may prompt you to specify which pages are to be saved and the image or accuracy quality of the file.

Using the method above, you can export any report within Snap Schedule to help dissminate information within your organization.
